Terms of Service

Last updated: March 22, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VoidLLM software or services provided by VoidMind ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use VoidLLM.

2. License

VoidLLM is licensed under the Business Source License 1.1 (BSL 1.1). You may use, modify, and self-host VoidLLM for any purpose, with one restriction: you may not offer VoidLLM as a competing commercial hosted or managed service to third parties.

Four years after each release, the code automatically converts to the Apache License 2.0. See the LICENSE file for the full terms.

3. Subscription Plans

VoidLLM offers three tiers: Community (free), Pro, and Enterprise. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. Prices are listed at voidllm.ai and may change with 30 days' notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4. License Keys

Paid plans include a license key that unlocks additional features. License keys are personal to the purchasing organization and may not be shared, resold, or transferred without our written consent.

If a subscription is canceled or expires, the license key becomes inactive and VoidLLM gracefully falls back to Community functionality. The proxy continues to operate — it never shuts down due to license expiry.

5. Self-Hosting

VoidLLM is self-hosted software. You are responsible for your own infrastructure, security, backups, and compliance. We do not have access to your VoidLLM instance, your data, your API keys, or your LLM traffic.

6. Privacy

VoidLLM never stores, logs, or persists any prompt or response content. This is an architectural guarantee, not a configurable setting. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

VoidLLM is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoidMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of VoidLLM.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For disputes with business customers, the courts of Stuttgart, Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumer disputes are subject to the applicable mandatory jurisdiction rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the VoidLLM website or email. Continued use of VoidLLM after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
