Overview

VoidLLM is operated by VoidMind, Christian Romeni, Holzwasen 11, 73087 Bad Boll, Germany. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

VoidLLM Software (Self-Hosted)

VoidLLM is a self-hosted proxy that runs on your infrastructure. We have no access to your VoidLLM instance, your data, your API keys, or your LLM traffic.

VoidLLM never stores, logs, or persists any prompt or response content. This is an architectural decision, not a setting. Only metadata is tracked: who made the request, which model was used, how many tokens were consumed.

This Website (voidllm.ai)

This website is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Workers. We collect:

• No cookies — this site does not set any cookies
• No analytics — no Google Analytics, no tracking pixels
• No personal data — we don't collect names, emails, or any PII through this site

License Server (license.voidllm.ai)

When you purchase a license, we collect the information necessary to process your payment and deliver your license key. Payment is processed by Stripe. We store:

• Your email address (for license delivery and support)
• Your Stripe customer ID (for subscription management)
• Your license key metadata (plan, features, expiry — no usage data)

VoidLLM instances perform a daily license verification check against license.voidllm.ai. This check transmits the license key (a signed JWT containing your license ID, plan, and expiry) and the VoidLLM version. We also log the IP address of the request for abuse prevention. No usage data, no traffic data, no prompt content is transmitted.

If you are located in the EU, you have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Restrict or object to data processing
• Data portability
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
